I design an exclusive, well-balanced menu where fresh, seasonal ingredients and the harmony of flavors take center stage.
3. Ingredient Selection
I personally source the highest-quality ingredients on the day of the event.
4. Event Day—Cooking and Service
I arrive at your home in advance to prepare the food, plate each dish with precision, and provide table service, sharing details about each dish with your guests if you wish.
5. Cleanup
Before I leave, the kitchen is left completely clean, sanitized, and organized—just as it was before I began.
